we operate.
Authority, in this respect, is the ability to fulfil better
than anyone else the needs which are relevant in the market
place. We know what consumers want and our member dealers
are all entrepreneurs; that is the strength of our organization.
They are in daily contact with consumers and know their

Their
national organizations provide them with all the tools
necessary for them to conquer the local market place,
to allow them to concentrate on what they do best: serving
the customers, who ultimately will be the judge.
In order to become a market authority,
we attend to all aspects of the marketing-mix and that
is why we have strong national organizations.
The services which we offer to our members, whether as
a complete system or as a menu to choose from, can be
developed and maintained by well-staffed, well-managed
and well-financed organizations. |

For
this reason our member dealers make our central organizations
responsible for educational programmes, co-ordination
of purchasing activities, assortment policies, dealer
administration, advertising and sales promotion and
many more services.
Our organisations are
sufficiently flexible to accommodate the individual
wishes of all our members; that is why the ways in which
we operate are similar, but never identical.
