Our specific product markets and related services will
continue to grow during the next decade. Specifically
digitalisation and multimedia product areas will be
responsible for much of this growth during the years
to come.

Consequently, already Expert
stores are becoming bigger in order to facilitate the
sales of additional product categories and new forms
of retailing are being practised with wider assortments
and frequency generating advertising concepts.

Having coped
with the changes in retail structures in Europe, Expert
has expanded its activities towards Latin America, North
America and Eastern Europe.
For more than 30 years our member dealers have developed
their businesses, built up their shops and gained experience
in national and international co-operation, to the advantage
of everyone involved, including our customers. We will
continue to carefully watch the forces which are changing
and shaping our environment and will try and shape our
own future. |

The strength
of an international co-operative is the strength of its
retail members. Synergism at national and international
levels, however, makes the organisation stronger than
its individual members. We offer our individual member
dealers the advantages of having grown from a national
buying organisation into a globally operating marketing
organisation.
