Our importance with major suppliers regularly enables us
to offer our members the advantages of products which
are exclusive for a certain length of time. In addition
we have developed our own exclusive brands in both brown
goods and white goods, which sets us apart from competitors
and enable us to serve our customers in our own way.

Although we value learning
by doing, we offer education and training programmes
for our member dealers and their staff, as well as for
the staffs of our central organisations.

We see education as a continuous process. Product training
programmes are regularly organised by our major suppliers.

Europe and Latin America are roaming our national and
international Internet home pages every day, giving us
additional business opportunities and proving that the
Expert identity is becoming a truly global one.
In the meantime many of our Expert retail members have
created their own home pages within the international
set-up and have thus created an electronic market place
