This month was held Expert International Retail EAMG 2023 where we met and engaged with Expert countries in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.

The three-day visit was not just a meeting of minds but also an opportunity to share the group’s development and share best practices from countries.

Discussions on #technology and #sustainable business practices ignited fresh ideas, fostering an environment of #innovation and forward-thinking within the Expert Group.

Adding a practical dimension to this meeting, we embarked on retail store visits, starting with one of Expert Stores South Africa‘s esteemed dealers, Tafelberg Furnishers, and followed by visits to several other retailers. This on-the-ground experience allowed us to witness operational excellence firsthand and set the stage for further collaborative endeavors.
